IT Help Desk Support

Position: 	  IT Help Desk Support
Status: Full Time
Location: West Shore Office


Summary: Responsible for providing Helpdesk support to staff on all company supported hardware and applications at multiple locations throughout Hillsborough and Pinellas counties. Responsible for completing daily check-off reports, prioritizing daily and outstanding issues while completing assigned tasks in a timely manor.

Job Requirements:

  • AS degree in Computer Science/Networking or High School diploma with 3 years help desk experience
  • A+ and/or NET+ desired
  • Experience installing and configuring Windows 2000/2003 XP/Vista 
  • Linux experience helpful
  • Availability to work after hours on some occasions
  • Excellent management skills
