WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

We collect, retain, and use information about our customers only where we reasonably believe that it will help administer our business or provide products, services, and other opportunities to the customers. We collect and retain information about customers only for specific business purposes - and we will tell the customer why we are collecting and retaining it upon their request. We use information to protect and administer customer records, accounts, and funds; to comply with certain laws and regulations; to help us design or improve our products and services; and to understand the customers' financial needs so that we can provide quality products and superior service.

For example, for loan applications and new account forms, information regarding customer financial status such as employment, income, monthly expenses and assets generally comes directly from the customer voluntarily, in person, by mail or through our web site.

For credit and repayment history, Bay Cities Bank utilizes third party sources such as credit bureaus and other creditors.

Bay Cities Bank also maintains information about customer transactions with Bay Cities Bank including account balances, repayment history and other information.

We continually strive to maintain complete and accurate information about the customer and their accounts. Customers should contact us if they ever believe that our records contain inaccurate or incomplete information. We will investigate customer concerns and correct any inaccuracies.
