Online Banking FAQ's
Q: How do I enroll in Online Banking?
A: You can enroll online from the Bank's website Home Page. Under "Online Banking" simply click on "Personal & Small Business Banking" or you can visit any of our full service branch locations.
Q: Can I change my User ID?
A: Yes. However, you may only change your User ID one time. To change your User ID, log into DirectNet. Click on "Customer Service" at the top of the page. Under " Account Maintenance", click on "Change User Name".
Q: Can I change my Password?
A: Yes. In fact, we recommend you change your password on a regular basis for your safety. To change your password, log into DirectNet. Click on "Customer Service" at the top of the page. Under "Account Maintenance", click on "Change Password".
Q: What if I forget my Password and/or User ID?
A: If you forget your password, you can reset it after entering your User ID and clicking on "Forgot your password?" when prompted for your password. If you have forgotten your User ID, please contact our Online Customer Support at (877) 203-6716.
Q: Can I request a stop payment using my Online Banking?
A: Yes. You can place a stop payment on a single check . The stop payment will be effective for 180 days from the date of the issued stop payment. Fees may apply. To issue a stop payment, click on "Customer Service" at the top of the page. Under "Account Services", click on "Stop a check".
Q: Can I view my statements online?
A: Yes. You must first be enrolled in Online Banking in order to enroll in Electronic Statements. Your statement will be presented to you in PDF format.
Q: How do I enroll in Bill Pay?
A: Log into DirectNet and select "Make payments" from the Quick Links section on the left side of the page. You will be required to accept the Bill Pay terms and conditions. Once accepted, you will have the option to pay bills online within 24-48 hours.
