Q: What is the difference between my Personal Identification Number for Telephone Banking and my PIN for my ATM/Debit Card?
A: Your Personal Identification Number is originally set to the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's Social Security Number. You will be prompted to change this the first time you call in. With this number, you can access the features of telephone banking.

Your PIN for your ATM/Debit Card is specifically used for activation and point-of-sale (POS) transactions. This number is usually mailed to you within 4-7 business days upon ordering a new ATM/Debit Card.

Q: I've entered my Personal Identification Number or PIN too many times. How do I get this reset?
A: Please contact your local branch.

Q: How do I activate my ATM/Debit Card and/or change my PIN?
A: Dial (888) 735-7676. Press Option #7 - Cardbase Services. Enter your ATM/Debit Card number followed by the # sign. Enter your PIN, followed by the # sign. Press 1 to Activate your ATM/Debit Card or press 3 to change your PIN.

Q: How do I report a lost or stolen ATM/Debit Card?
A: Dial (800) 236-2442, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
