Mr. Cisneros has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Marman USA, Inc., a chemical import-export firm, from 1983 to 2001. He is currently President of Westshore Holdings, Inc. and is past Chairman of Micro-Flo Co., Inc. He was a former Director of Gulf Bay Bank of Tampa and SouthTrust Bank of West Florida and has served as Director of the Society of International Business Fellows and other Civic Organizations.
