Mr. Wulbern served as President and CEO of the Independent Banker's Bank on Lake Mary, Florida from 1994 through 2000. He previously served as President of First Florida Bank in Tampa and is past President of the Florida Banker's Association. Mr. Wulbern is also a past Director of the American Bankers Association.
