| Sweep Services |
Automated sweep services are tied to an overnight investment or a business line of credit. These services are designed to maximize investment income and/or reduce borrowing expenses. |

Investment Sweep
The sweep service uses an end-of-day process to calculate your daily cash position. If the collected/investable balance exceeds any predetermined target balance, the funds from the checking account are automatically transferred into an investment account. All funds are fully available each morning and interest is paid monthly.
The investment account is an FDIC insured money market account. Stable Custody Group, LLC acts as your agent in maintaining the Bay Cities Bank Investment Sweep Account. FDIC insurance on each Bay Cities Bank Investment Sweep Account is limited to a combined total of $250,000 for all deposits held in the same legal ownership category for each depositor per bank, which includes the Bay Cities Bank Investment Sweep Account.
Credit Sweep
As an alternative, excess balances over any predetermined target balance may be swept to a business line of credit at Bay Cities Bank. Balances are recalculated daily based on account activity and collected deposits and disbursements are considered in the daily calculation.
Max Sweep
Maximize your earnings and interest expense by combining Investment Sweep and Credit Sweep. After end-of-day processing, Bay Cities Bank determines the most efficient use of your cash. If your account contains an excess balance over the predetermined target balance, funds are paid on your outstanding line of credit first, then, all other cash is invested. If your account contains a deficit balance, funds are swept from the investment first, then, pulled from your line of credit.
